Send to the ENEGOSYO GATEWAY matching your network; you will receive confirmation that you have been registered, with instructions to create your PIN. Follow that instruction. Read again, follow that instructions.

The activation code is found in the scratch-off portion at the back of your ID Card. Note the birthday, (error always here), if your bday is Dec.25, 1970, type it as 12251970
